Terms of service
These Terms govern your access to and use of our services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to advertising campaigns, agency bookings and driver partnerships with Bumpr Pty Ltd (ABN 99 678 803 355) trading as MOA Media ("MOA", "we", "us"). A quote, insertion order or our Driver Partner Agreement may add to these terms. If they conflict, the specific document applies.
2. Who can use our services
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement
- Driver partners must hold a current Australian driver licence, an active ABN and a registered vehicle (which includes CTP insurance). We recommend comprehensive or third party property insurance
- We may decline or end an application or booking where information provided is false or misleading
3. Booking a campaign
- A campaign is booked once you accept a quote or insertion order in writing, including by email
- Campaigns are sold per car, per 30 day advertising period
- We aim to have campaigns on the road within 7 to 10 business days of artwork approval. Timing depends on driver availability in the areas you choose
- Each car carries one advertiser for the campaign. We do not rotate ads on a vehicle
4. Artwork and content
- We design artwork at no extra cost, or you can supply your own to our specification. Nothing is printed until you approve a proof
- Artwork can only be changed at the end of a 30 day advertising period. Each change means reprinting and refitting, charged at $150 per car
- You are responsible for making sure your advertising is lawful, accurate and complies with Australian advertising codes, and that you have the rights to everything you supply
- We may refuse or remove advertising that is misleading, offensive, unlawful or likely to damage our reputation or put a driver partner at risk
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated
- Each campaign is invoiced 75% on booking, with the remaining 25% invoiced on completion
- We may pause a campaign if an invoice is overdue
- Agencies receive 10% commission on the placement value, as set out in their insertion order
6. Renewals and cancellation
- There is no lock in beyond the period you book. At the end of each period you can renew, scale up, scale down or stop
- The 75% booking payment is non-refundable once a campaign is booked, including if you cancel before it starts
- Once an advertising period has started, it is not refunded for the days remaining
7. If we cannot deliver
- If a car leaves a campaign or is off the road, we will replace it with another driver in the same area where we can, or credit you for the days missed
- If we cannot start your campaign, we will refund what you have paid for it
8. Reporting
- Campaign reporting comes from trips logged in MOADrive, combined with mapping, traffic and points of interest data
- Estimated viewers, exposure scores and cost per thousand are estimates, not guarantees of audience or results
9. Driver partners
- Driver partners are independent contractors, not employees, and are paid the agreed rate per placement for each advertising period
- Drivers apply the decal following our instructions, verify it with a photo through MOADrive, log at least 2 trips in each campaign (at least one being their usual commute), upload a final odometer photo and remove the decal at the end of the campaign
- Drivers can decline a campaign they are not comfortable carrying
- The full terms for drivers are in our Driver Partner Agreement
- Drivers must keep their licence, ABN and vehicle registration current, follow road rules and tell us promptly if their vehicle is off the road or the decal is damaged
10. Liability
- Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business, and our total liability for a campaign is limited to the amount paid for it
- We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as accidents, weather or vehicle breakdowns
11. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our privacy policy.
12. Disputes and governing law
- If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will work in good faith to resolve it
- These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to bookings made after the date it was last updated. For driver partners, the version that applies is the one in place when they accept a campaign.
